Registration
If a registrant is unable to participate in the symposium for any reason, he may, in consultation with the registrar, have someone else participate in his place. The invoice for the new registration will be adjusted according to the membership status of the new registrant.
Registrations cancelled more than 3 weeks before the event, i.e. on or before 1 November 2026, will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the registration fee paid.
Entries cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the event, i.e. on or after 15 November 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.
Your registration is only final after full payment of the registration fee.
