Awards and their Criteria

For The Caplan Prize (up to 1000 euros) the abstract must be an anatomo-clinical research of Lymphatic system

For The Papamilitades Prize (up to 1000 euros) the abstract must be a physiology or patho-physiology or investigation research of lymphatic system

For The Young Lymphologist Award (oral prize) ( two awards 250 euros each ) the first name of the abstract and the presenter of the abstract must be the younger than 35  years old

For the Best Oral Presentation Award (250 euros).

For the Best Poster Presentation Award (250 euros).

Distinguished Prizes

For the Egidio Tosatti Award (250 euros  paid by SIL) : The abstract must be a surgical research of lymphatic disorders.

Criteria

  1. All the abstracts must be original and in English  and not published in other Journal
  2. The paper must published in journal of ESL (EJRLP  ), after the announcement of the prizes.

3.. Authors  have the possibility to select from the website of the Organizing ESL Congress the possibility to be their abstracts candidate  for each prize.

4.The content of the candidate abstarct must has the same requested content of the same category of the prize

  1. If an abstract will be prized, the authors will be informed by the scientific team of ESL at least 15 -20 day before the congress and authors must send either all their paper or part of the paper  before the congress to the Scientific Committee or  to  editorial board of EJRLP  
  2. The editor in chief or the editorial board of EJRLP  has to be in touch with the authors of the paper
  3. The certification of prizes must write all the names of the abstract-paper
  4. IF THE AUTHORS DECIDE NOT TO PUBLISH THEIR PAPER IN OUR JOURNAL, THEY MUST RETURN THEIR PRIZE AND MONEY BACK (always there is a second selection-option)
  5. All prizes will be given during the Gala Dinner

 

The scientific committe of Awards are:

  • The President of ESL
  • The President  of  the Congress
  • The chief of the journal EJRLP 
  • The members of Scientific Committe of ESL
  • Invited Distinguished persons as for Tosatti award Corradino Campisi and for the PB award  Pierre Bourgeirs. They decide for these special awards
